Robert Lutczyk believes it essential to promote the taxpayer owned (and money losing) General Motors Centre in order to stem the tide of red ink. More events and shows like rockers KISS, Lenny Kravitz, Heart, Honeymoon Suite, country sensations like Taylor Swift, and rappers like Drake are needed to improve the Oshawa entertainment scene and the bottom line.
