Robert Lutczyk is the get it done councillor on Oshawa and Regional Councils.
A personal message below.

Hi, I'm Robert Lutczyk and I'm running for re-election to Regional and Oshawa city councils. I'm passionate, energized, and optimistic about the future. I do the big things like getting KISS, the Snowbirds, free parking for veterans, Habitat for Humanity and more.

But I'm also in the weeds with constituent issues like field allocation for the Hawkeyes football club when they were displaced from the Civic, and people who need my intervention to improve taxi driver safety or to get the grass cut on city property next to theirs that got lost in the shuffle. I also spearheaded social justice issues that just recently provided for OW recipients in Oshawa-Durham to get the best dental care in the entire province and I was able to do this within the existing budget, so no additional burden to the property taxpayer.

I'm results oriented, not process oriented and that's why it seems to take government so long to get things done; because the bureaucracy and many of the elected expend to much money, time, and effort looking into things instead of getting them done. That's why Oshawa could have had a marina 5 years ago, and still won't see one for 2 years and it would have been longer if I didn't take a lead role the ratification of the recent harbour deal.

With two university degrees, ten years in the army, and three terms on council, I have what it takes to lead this city, and I will do more. I will lower taxes by personally getting more businesses that will create more job opportunities and eliminate the need for consultants almost entirely and I have the alternative plan to the works depot which will save taxpayers $25 million dollars (as long as I'm re-elected, otherwise prepare yourself for the $45 million option that I've been fighting the last 3 years and just as the majority of council is finally seeing the benefits of this practical solution of mine that I've tried to keep on the table, there's an election call). I also provided the last council with a more practical option at City Hall that would have retained our former 5 storey building of 30,000 sqft with a superior renovated design that would have fit in better with the existing buildings and for a fraction of the $15.2 million dollars the current council spent on just over 10,000 sqft of new building.  I also intervened in the 11th hour of negotiations on the very first venture by UOIT into downtown Oshawa when the negotiations broke off and the entire downtown experiment would have been over before it started.

But mostly I want the people of Oshawa to be proud of their city and I promise that if I'm elected, I will bring the biggest music concert extravaganza that Oshawa has ever seen.  It'll be big, it'll be HUGE. , so vote for Robert Lutczyk.
